Apple Cider Sauce For Ham Recipe

Ingredients

2 quart apple cider; reduced to
2 cup reduced cider
4 lb mcintosh apples pared and quartered
1 cup sugar
7 makes this many cups



Cooking Directions:

In a 4 quart saucepan bring cider to boiling. Boil gently over medium heat about 20 minutes or until cider is reduced to specified amount in recipe. Add quartered apples and sugar; toss gently to combine. Gently simmer apples covered until apples are soft-- about 20 minutes. Stir once. Serve warm with ham.
