| Blue Corn Posole Recipe |

Ingredients
2 lb posole; blue or yellow
2 lb beef; or pork, cubed
3 cloves garlic; minced
8 red chile pods
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions:
Soak posole overnight, then rinse well. Boil posole in salted water for about 2 hours. Add meat, chile pods (or chile powder), oregano and garlic.
