1/4 cup apple juice; frozen concentrate, thawe
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon finely shredded apple
3 tablespoon light sour cream
3 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients with fork or wire whisk. About 1 cup dressing
