| Apple Cheese Spread Recipe |

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese -- soft
1 cup grated cheddar cheese -- at
1 room temp
2 tablespoon brandy or sherry
1 medium size apple (granny smith --
1 or the like)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Cooking Directions:
Combine the cheeses, and brandy. Beat till smooth. Peel, core, and grate the apple into the bowl. Sprinkle w/ the pepper and the herbs. Stir till combined. Spoon into a bowl (or crock), cover, and chill about an hour. Serve on toast or crackers.
