1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
----FISH----
6 redfish; pompano, tilefish, or sna
2 sticks unsalted butter; melted (note: i use olive
1 olive oil (optional)
