Ingredients
3 lb medium ground pork butt
2 lb medium ground veal
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
1 cup water
Cooking Directions:
