Ingredients
4 grated apples
5 egg yolks
5 teaspoon sugar
8 oz grated nuts
1 juice of one lemon
1 raisins
1 full tsp.
1 dry yeast
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oiled pan.
