Ingredients
6 tablespoon shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar; cheese, (1-1/2 ounces)
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tub nonfat process cream cheese pro; duct, softened
6 flour tortillas
12 slice cooked deli turkey breast, (1-ounce; )
12 large fresh spinach leaves or curly leaf; lettuce leaves
1 unpeeled cucumber, sliced into 24 s; lices, 1/8-inch thick
Cooking Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 roll-up).
