| Turkey Pasta Florentine Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup leftover turkey, chopped into 1/4 i; nch pieces
1 pkg chopped spinach, (10 oz.) thawed an; d drained
1 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon fat free parmesan cheese
1 jar fat-free spaghetti sauce, (12 o; z) (12 to 16)
16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drai; ned
Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix spinach, cheeses and egg until well-blended. Fold into chopped turkey.
3. Fill each shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Place in 12 X 8-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells and cover with foil. Bake 30-40 minutes. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #321
