Ingredients
1 tablespoon black mustard seed
1 tablespoon black pepper; cracked
1 tablespoon ree pepper; ground
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger; ground
1/2 teaspoon black pepper; ground
1/2 teaspoon white pepper; ground
1/2 cup brown sugar; packed
1/4 cup sugar; granulated
Cooking Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and grind into a powder. For use as an interesting alternative to ordinary rubs.
