| Tuna Tacos Recipe |

Ingredients
1 can tuna, drained
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 purchased taco sauce to taste
4 taco shells
1 lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, chopped
1 cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooking Directions:
In frying pan, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper until tender. Add tuna, chili powder, spaghetti sauce and taco sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Place 1/4 of the tuna mixture in a taco shell and garnish with lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining shells. A hit as a snack or meal.
