Ingredients
7 oz italian tuna packed in oil
1/4 stick butter
2 centiliter garlic chopped
2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1/4 cup white wine
1 single salt and pepper to taste
28 oz can chopped peeled tomatoes
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 min, until golden. Add tuna and cook 5 min. Add tomatoes, wine and parsly, salt and pepper and cook on low heat 30 min. Serve over cooked, drained pasta. (wrv) italian,entrees,sauce,seafood
