| Tradional Pumpkin Pie Recipe |

Ingredients
9 inch unbaked pastry/pie
1 shell
2 cup pumpkin (1 16oz can)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (14oz can)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees, continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
