1 peel of 1 lemon
1 peel of 1 orange
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger root; chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro; chopped
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 small bay leaf
2 tablespoon honey
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
