Ingredients
7/8 cup water; lukewarm
2 cup white bread flour
2 tablespoon dry milk
2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoon chili paste; (sambal oeleck)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/3 cup peanuts; unsalted, chopped
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
3/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon cilantro; dried
2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Cooking Directions:
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
