Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup asian sesame oil
1/4 cup dry sherry or rice wine
2 tablespoon sugar
3 green onions; chopped
3 garlic cloves; chopped
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger; may be doubled



Cooking Directions:

Combine in the order listed. Marinate for up to 2 to 3 days.

Use on any meat, poultry or fish, but it's especially good for little chicken drummettes.
