Ingredients
1 pint beer; light or dark
2 tablespoon sugar (less if dark beer is used)
3 drop lemon juice (up to)
3 egg yolks
Cooking Directions:
Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water & slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
