Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoon olives
2 tablespoon gherkins
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon onion juice; *
Cooking Directions:
* You can use finely chopped shallots or white onions in place of the juice.
Finely chop the capers, olives, gherkins and parsley before measuring. Fold all of the ingredients into the mayonnaise and serve cold. Serve with fried fish or cold seafood.
