2 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon palm sugar
3 tablespoon tamarind juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon spring onions; shredded
1 chili; shredded
1 teaspoon ground peanuts; * see note
Cooking Directions:
