| Swiss Style Oats Recipe |

Ingredients
3 cup water
1 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1 1/3 cup am oat flakes (rolled oats)
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon am wheat germ
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Cooking Directions:
Bring water to a boil; stir in fruit, salt, and honey. Bring to boil again. Add oats; stir; lower heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 15 minutes (stir before serving). Sprinkle each serving with 1-1/2 teaspoon wheat germ and 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve with milk.
