| Swiss Breakfast Parfait Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup quaker oats, uncooked - (quick or o; ld-fashioned)
16 oz vanilla yogurt - nonfat or lowfat
8 oz crushed pineapple in juice - undrai; ned
2 tablespoon sliced almonds (optional)
2 cup sliced strawberries - fresh or froz; en
Cooking Directions:
In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well. Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
