| Sweet And Sour Turkey Bake Recipe |

Ingredients
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup chutney, mango
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 lb skinless turkey light meat, pieces
Cooking Directions:
Combine juice and cornstarch, cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients except turkey. Can be made ahead to this point. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place skinless turkey in oven proof casserole. Spread sauce over turkey and bake, basting occasionally until done about 1 hour.
