| Swedish Nut Cake Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
20 oz can crushed pinapple,
1 undrained
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
----TOPPING----
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz butter
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Mix together the cake ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan and bake at 350, 36 minutes.
Mix together topping ingredients and beat with a beater then spread on hot cake.
