Ingredients
1 super simple supper recipe
Cooking Directions:
Spray a large baking dish or roaster. Sprinkle a small bag of seasoned stuffing mix down center of pan. Sprinkle a bag of frozen broccoli or green beans down either side of the stuffing. Pour 1/2 stock over stuffing crumbs. Spread 1 can of cream of _____ soup over the stuffing and veggies. I use cream of mushroom or cream of chicken. Place defrosted boneless skinless chicken breasts on the top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Mix 1 cup of milk and a second can of cream of ____ soup. Pour over top. Bake covered for 30 min. at 400°. Add a bit of milk if needed. Uncover bake till chicken is done.
