Ingredients
2 sticks margarine
2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup oil
1 cup coca cola
1 cup miniature marshmallows; (+more if needed)
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
----ICING----
6 tablespoon coca cola
1 stick margarine
2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
1 box powdered sugar; , 10x
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Cake: In medium sauce pan, bring oleo, cocoa, oil, and Coca Cola to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add 1/2 cup or more of miniature marshmallows, flour, sugar, soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Pour into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" cake pan. Bake at 350 deg. F about 35 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Coca Cola icing over warm cake.
Icing: Mix, and beat above ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
