Ingredients
1 round (2 lb.) steak; cut in strips
1/2 cup flour
1 large onion; quartered
1 green peppers; cut in strips (up to 2)
2 carrots; sliced (up to 3)
1 can tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 salt and pepper
1 garlic powder
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Cooking Directions:
