8 cup salad greens; torn
2 cup strawberries; sliced
3 kiwifruit; coarsley chopped
1 avocado; bite-size pieces
2 cup fresh blueberries
----POPPY SEED DRESSING----
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon malt or cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon granulated sugar; or honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper

From: Wendy Lockman In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.

Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper.

Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries over top
