Ingredients
4 cup cooked salad macaroni
4 stalks celery; chopped
3 eggs; hard-boiled, whites only
7 sweet pickles; chopped, with bit of juic
3/4 cup cubed fat-free cheddar cheese (up t; o)
4 tablespoon fat-free mayo; depending on taste
1 paprika; for garnish

Mix all together and chill. Experiment with other ingredients, too. For example, I didn't have sweet pickles so used Kosher dills (ok but not as good, I thought). Also, I tried ff jack cheese but I think cheddar works better. Chopped green and/or red pepper could make salad interesting, too, and colorful. Add more or less ff mayo depending on how creamy you prefer. Less mayo in this salad makes a good topping for lettuce salads. To your good health, Susan
