Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3/4 oz amaretto
1 maraschino cherry
Cooking Directions:
In a blender, combine ice cream and Amaretto. Blend until smooth. Serve in a cocktail glass, topped with maraschino cherry.
