Ingredients

4 large green or red peppers
1/2 lb ground beef
1 salt, pepper, and nutmeg
6 tablespoon chopped onions
4 tablespoon chopped bacon
2 tablespoon parsley, minced
3 eggs
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup cooked rice



Cooking Directions:

Soak lid of clay cooker. Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers. Set stuffed peppers into the cooker. Cover and put into cold oven. Turn to 425F and bake for 60 minutes. From Schlemmertopf recipe book. Formatted by Linda Caldwell
