Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cup tomatoes
3/4 cup cooked rice
2 tablespoon worcestershire
1 cup shredded cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste
6 green peppers



Cooking Directions:

Brown beef and onion. Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese to meat. Seed peppers and boil in lightly salted water 5 minutes. Drain and stuff with meat mixture. Place in casserole. Put any extra meat around the peppers. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
