Ingredients
1 1/2 cup ketchup
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 teaspoon brown sugar
4 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon greek seasoning
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 oz bourbon
1 can tomato paste; (small can)
1 tabasco sauce; to taste
Cooking Directions:
Wisk all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Place 8 pork chops in 13x9 pan (lined with aluminum foil). cover with sauce. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
