Ingredients
2 scallions; coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic; peeled
1 pkg (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach; thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 lb silken tofu
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 drop sesame oil; more or less (optional)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and serve with raw vegetables.
