Ingredients
5 cup fresh spinach leaves --
1 washed well & trimme
1 bermuda onion -- thinly
1 sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
4 oz fresh mushrooms -- sliced
1/2 cup radishes -- thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
PER CUP-----

1 *gm dietary fiber
1 *gm fat
1 *mg sodium (analyses are --
1 for no-fat dressing)
Cooking Directions:
Toss together all ingredients. Serve with your favorite no- or low-fat dressing. Makes about 6 cups.
