Ingredients
6 oz cleaned and trimmed
1 fresh spinach
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon water
4 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 salt and pepper
1 to taste
1 cup thickly sliced fresh
1 strawberries
1 small thinly sliced red onion
Cooking Directions:
Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to the spinach and toss lightly. Add strawberries and onion. Toss lightly. Walt
