Ingredients

1/3 cup tahini, (sesame seed - paste) + 1 t; ablespoon
1/3 cup vinegar, chinese, rice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon oil, sesame
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oil, chili, hot
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, szechwan, - ground



Cooking Directions:

Use a processor or blender to combine sauce ingredients. Set aside.
