Spicy Sesame Noodles From Pamela Sue Martin Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb noodles, asian or regular kind
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water
3/4 lb firm tofu, (mashed or cubed)
1/4 cup dry sherry, or mirin
6 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey, or sugar
3 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 cucumber, sliced
4 green onions, sliced



Cooking Directions:

Cook noodles according to directions. Stir peanut butter and water over low heat. Add next 7 ingredients and stir. Drain noodles and toss with sauce. Sprinkle green onions and cucumber over the top and serve.
