Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup catsup (use a hot sauce like kerns)
1/4 cup beer
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with fish. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
