Ingredients

1 bottle white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic -- minced
2 jalepeno pep quartered
3 sprigs cilantro
1/2 lime, -- halved
5 sun-dried tomatoes --
1 halved



Cooking Directions:

Heat vinegar to boiling. Put remaining ingredients in a glass bottle. Pour hot vinegar into bottle. Let cool, then cap and store in a cool place, letting steep for 2 weeks. It turns a pretty red color and is great in Southwestern dishes
