Ingredients

1 chicken; whole wash & cut in 4 pie
5 cloves garlic
4 stalk onion leaves cut into small p; ieces
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt optional
1 teaspoon pepper optional
5 aleurites moluccana
----SERVE WITH----
250 gm potatoe chips
100 gm soun (white noodles); boiled
200 gm sprout; boiled
2 stalk celery; chopped
1 soya sauce
1 lime; citrus aurantium
1 shallot; fried
----CHILI----
10 capsicum frustescens (very hot pepp; er), steamed
5 capsicum annum (red chillies); steamed
3 aleurites moluccana
1 salt
1 vinegar

1.Boil chicken with 1 1/2 lt water, then leave the (broth) water aside. Fry chicken for a few minutes, then cut into small pieces. 2.Blend together garlic,ginger,turmeric,aleurites moluccana,pepper and salt. In a wok, heat the oil over high heat and when the oil begins to smoke put all the spices on it until they smell good. 3.Heat the (broth) water,add all the ingredients from number 2,stir. 4.Add the chicken into it.Wait until it hot and bubbly. 5.Put the onion leaves. Chiles: Crush all the ingredients.
