1 tablespoon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1 onion, chpd
1/2 cup celery, chpd w/leaves
1/4 cup parsley, chpd
2 lb ground beef
