Ingredients
1 lb smoked sausage
2 can butter beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 brown sugar
Cooking Directions:
Drain liquid from 1 can of butter beans and pour beans into buttered casserole. Add 1/2 can of tomato sauce and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place layer of smoked sausage. Add second can of butter beans, do not drain. Repeat with tomato sauce, sugar and remainder of sausage. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
