| Shrimp In Garlic-Wine Sauce Recipe |

Ingredients
2 lb fresh shrimp; cleaned and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves; finely chopped
1/2 cup packed freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook). Add salt and pepper to taste.
