Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
2 tablespoon finely chooped tomatoes
2 tablespoon chopped green peppers
1/4 teaspoon garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 lb shrimp cooked, peeled and
1 deveined
2 cup cooked rice
Cooking Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350. F
2) Melt butter in large frying pan. Add flour; cook constantly, until lightly browned.
3) Add tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, salt, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, celery salt, pepper, and salt; simmer 15 minutes.
4) Add shrimp to frying pan; simmer for 5 minutes.
5) Pack cooked rice into greased custard cups; bake for 5 minutes.
6) To serve, unmold rice unto serving platter. Pour shrimp mixture over rice molds. main,shrimp,cook4u
