Ingredients
3/4 lb unpeeled large fresh shrimp
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
8 garlic cloves, minced
Cooking Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring well. Cover and chill 4 hours. Place shrimp on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. seafood,shrimp
