| Shrimp Creole With Rice Wheat Germ Ring Recipe |

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoon butter
2 1/4 cup (18oz) tomato juice
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed marjoram
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon water
1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp (3 cups)
1 rice wheat germ ring
Cooking Directions:
Saute' onion, green pepper, celery & garlic in butter over low heat until tender but not browned, about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato juice & sauce, sugar, salt & marjoram; heat thoroughly. Combine cornstarch & water, stir into tomato mixture & cook 3-5 minutes until thickened. Stir in shrimp; heat mixture to serving temperature. Fill center of Rice Wheat Germ Ring with shrimp & sauce; pour remaining sauce over ring. Serve immediately.
