Ingredients

1 lb fresh green beans
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon olive oil



Cooking Directions:

Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and toss well.

NOTES : Carrot strips or red bell pepper strips steamed with the beans make a colorful addition. Recipe by: Nancy Gerard
