Ingredients
1 cup cooked mushrooms
3 cup chicken broth
8 oz tortellini
4 oz fresh spinach; stemmed and washed
1 salt and crushed red pepper flakes
Cooking Directions:
Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.
Yield: 2 servings
