| Scandanavian Apple Salad Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup red apples, unpeeled, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 juice of 1 lemon
1 salt & sugar, to taste
1/2 cup grapes, halved & seeded
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
Cooking Directions:
Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remainin ingredients except grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.
Serves 8
