| Appetizer Bean Con Queso Recipe |

Ingredients
5 quart que bueno precooked refried beans; prepared according to la
10 oz green chiles; diced
1 lb cheese; cheddar, monterey jack o
9 oz cheese; as above
1 tortilla chips, crisp
Cooking Directions:
1. Combine refried beans and diced green chiles. Place 1 cup bean mixture in oven-proof serving dish. Top with 1 ounce grated cheese. 2. Place under broil or in microwave over until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with crisp tortilla chips. May be gaarnished with sour cream, chopped green onions or sliced ripe olives, if desired.
Makes 21 appetizer servings. Each appetizer serves 2.
Note: The above ingredients may also be used for burrito filling. To prepare, place 1 cup heated bean mixture in large warm flour tortilla. Top with 1 ounce grated cheese. roll and fold envelope style. Serve. Makes 21 burritos.
